RELAXATION WITH THE DREAM MACHINE
Relaxation with the Dream Machine is an experience of deep relaxation through gentle light stimulation.
It promotes letting go, calming the mind and a state of intense relaxation, close to meditation.
This session can be offered as a complement to an energy treatment, in order to facilitate the integration of the treatment, deepen relaxation and support inner recentering.
It is particularly recommended in cases of stress, mental overload, fatigue or the need to fully immerse oneself in the moment.
Duration: Your choice - 10 min to 45 min depending on the sessions and needs.

MY JOURNEY
Energy healer & magnetizer ,
but above all, a woman who has learned to transform her hardships into strength.
For a long time, I believed that I had to be what was expected of me:
the well-behaved, discreet, “proper” girl
the one that follows the path of a permanent contract, stability and security.
And yet…
A part of me vibrated differently.
People have always spontaneously come and talk to me.
to confide, to lay down what they carry.
I have always felt emotions intensely,
the tensions, the unspoken things.
I could already perceive the visible and the invisible…
without really knowing what to do with it.
Coming from a very Cartesian family,
However, I had my first subtle experiences at a very young age.
Out of fear, I closed them again.
Then life brought me back, in 2021, to this path that I had put aside.
I have gone through many stages:
stress, hypersensitivity, emotional fatigue, inner wounds,
Single parenthood, overload, rebuilding…
Each passage has refined my intuition,
my perception,
my ability to feel beyond the mind.
My sensitivity has become a channel.
And today, helping, supporting, and being of service to others has become obvious.
MY APPROACH
Today, I work with people from very diverse backgrounds:
those who are experiencing physical pain, persistent fatigue,
intense stress, entrenched tensions, emotional overload
or simply a need for calm and refocusing.
Some come to relieve a burn or shingles.
Others are used to soothe an emotional blockage, to regain clarity,
to reduce their pain,
or release what is hindering their energy.
Each person arrives with their own story, their own experiences, their own pain, their own needs.
And each session is unique.
My role is not to heal,
but to help your body rediscover what it already knows how to do:
to calm down, to realign, to rebalance.
I work with my hands.
